The complete brand development package includes:
- Brand strategy and messaging. We clarify what you stand for and how you say it before anything gets designed.
- Logo and visual identity design. Primary mark, color palette, and typography.
- Brand guidelines and collateral. A brand guide your team can actually use, plus three collateral pieces so the brand shows up consistently everywhere your audience meets you. Choose from business cards, letterhead, retractable banner, social media templates, email signature, one sheet, or presentation deck.
All collateral is delivered as print ready and digital ready files. Printing and production are not included. Print facilitation is available for $250.

Two to three months start to finish, depending on how quickly you get us content and feedback.
Yes. Tell us early and we’ll work with your approval process and payment requirements.
Two rounds. The first round covers your feedback on the initial draft. The final round covers minor changes not addressed in the first. You’ll have five to seven business days to submit each, and we complete edits within seven to fourteen business days. Changes beyond the two included rounds are billed at $350 per hour for web design and $250 per hour for graphic design.
You do. This package covers strategy, design, and build. If writing isn’t your thing, we offer website copywriting for $1,500 on a six page site.
Because you own it. With Wix or Squarespace, your site lives on their platform. If their pricing changes, you either pay or start over, because the site can’t move.
WordPress lets you choose your own host, and change it whenever you want, without rebuilding anything. SiteGround and Bluehost are two good options. Your domain and your site can live together or separately, whichever makes sense for your budget.
But we can build on any web builder of your choosing.
No. Ten years of building these has taught us which tools play well together and which ones break in two years. We build with the long haul in mind.
Yes. We include a one hour training session after launch. Ongoing web maintenance is available if you’d rather we handle it.

Three payments of 33.3 percent. The first is a non refundable deposit that reserves your start date. The second is due after you submit first round feedback. The final payment is due on approval, before files and deliverables are released.
We’ll quote it before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
The timeline adjusts and resumes once we have what we need. If we don’t hear from you for 30 calendar days, the project may be paused or marked complete at our discretion, and the final invoice may become due.
