Policy

 

Photography/Videography Booking Requests

  • All booking requests must be made through our online booking system.
  • Requests should include the preferred date(s), time(s), and duration of the event/project.

 

Confirmation and Deposit

  • For Photography/Videography, a booking request is considered confirmed only when the agency receives full payment.
  • For events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure the booking which must be paid via our online invoicing. We also require a  $250 refundable security deposit that will be returned post-event, as long as there is no damage to the venue.

 

Rental Fees and Payment

  • Our weekday rates (M-F from 9am – 5 pm) start at $150/hr for full studio and half studio rental starts at $75/hr. *After hour rates apply after 5 pm. 
  • Our weekend rates (Sat-Sun from 9am – 5 pm) start at $200/hr for full studio and half studio rental starts at $100/hr. *After hour rates apply after 5 pm. 
  • Full payment of the remaining balance must be received no later than 14 days prior to the reservation date.
  • We accept all major credit cards. No cash will be accepted on the premises.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original event date, in order to not be required to pay the full balance.
  • Rescheduling requests can be accommodated based on availability and must be requested via email at least 30 days prior to the event. 
  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the agency due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

 

Space Usage and Care

  • The rented space must be used for the purpose specified in the reservation request and agreed upon by both parties.
  • The client is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be billed to the client’s card on file.
  • The agency reserves the right to inspect the space before and after the rental period.

 

Additional Services and Equipment

  • Additional services such as technical support, equipment rental, or event planning can be provided upon request. Pricing and availability will be discussed separately.
  • Any equipment or facilities provided by the agency must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition. The client will be responsible for any damages or losses.

 

Liability and Insurance

  • The client assumes full responsibility for the safety and security of their guests, belongings, and activities during the rental period.
  • The agency shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the client, their guests, or their property.

 

Compliance with Rules and Regulations

  • The client and their guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies during the rental period.
  •  The agency reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately if the client fails to comply with the rules and regulations or if their activities pose a risk to the safety or reputation of the agency.
