TK Consulting & Design, LLC., established in 2016, is a full-service creative design agency in Atlanta, GA that has supported hundreds of businesses in communicating more effectively to their ideal client. We provide brand development, web development, graphic design, social media marketing, business consulting, and photography services.

Role description:

Our Account Manager position is a contract position, with opportunity for promotion into full-time staff as the agency grows. This person is responsible for managing client communication, consistent project flow which would involve lots of follow up,  and ensuring the overall client experience is pleasant. This person is also responsible for understanding project objectives and deliverables, while being the agency’s point of contact. 

To be successful as the Account Manager, a person should be highly organized, have excellent skills in time management, in addition to having some skills in managing a team. This person should be warm, tactful, and able to communicate setbacks in a way that maintains client confidence. In addition, they should be independent workers, who are able to track timeframes and help in moving the project to completion as smoothly as possible.

This person reports to the Executive Executive Leadership and/or Founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between the Clients and the Agency
  • Understand organizational procedures and ensure said procedures are communicated in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensure the client understands the timeline and deliverables throughout the project, which would include any delays
  • Ensure all request files and information is received from clients and documented in Podio
  • Ensure client files and updates are shared in Podio
  • Ensure deliverables are approved and completed on time
  • Deliver deliverables and files to client
  • Communicate with the accounting department when phases of the project are completed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years of Client Management/Project Management experience
  • Experience working in project management preferred but not required
  • Works well with team and has some leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook], Google Workspace, DropBox, etc.
  • Can work independently with little to no supervision
  • Must be flexible 

PAY: $35.00 – $50.00/HR (10 HR/MONTHLY MIN)
