We are inviting you out for a moment of self-care and nutrition!

We will spend time with Plant Based Health Coach, Whitney Miner, who is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, and founder of Eat Plants & Prosper. She will guide us through a Yoga session, followed by a smoothie bar and healthy snacks to start your day off right.
